Eric Ziedrich is a tenured business and community leader in Sonoma County, California and has recently chosen to redirect and utilize his education, skills, and experience in the real estate industry.
His educational background includes California State University, Chico (BS-Finance) and graduate studies at Golden Gate University (MBA-Accounting). That education path took him to a position as an Assistant Vice-President-Financial Analyst in the Real Estate Industries Group (San Francisco) at Wells Fargo Bank.
When daughters started arriving (Jill, Amy, & Laura), Eric and his wife Janet decided to leave San Francisco city life and moved to Healdsburg (1983); purchased Healdsburg Lumber Company (1985); and started a long career in the building materials industry as well as in construction and development, serving as the President and CEO of Healdsburg Lumber Company & Affiliates.
Along the way, Eric earned a General Contractors license as well as C-17 and C-21 licenses, and served as the President of the North Coast Builders Exchange, a building trades association serving Napa, Lake, Mendocino and Sonoma Counties.
Eric is also a former Healdsburg Unified School District Board President, Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce President, Planning Commissioner, City Council member, and Mayor of the City of Healdsburg; and serves on the following Boards of Directors: Foppiano Winery; Captive Investors Mutual Fund (Cayman Islands); and Presidio Insurance Company.
While a relatively new Realtor®, Eric has been involved directly and indirectly in the Real Estate industry his entire life and is looking forward to utilizing his skills to assist others in their real estate ventures. He continues to reside in Healdsburg with his wife of 40 years, Janet.
